The Joy Of Caper

I’ve often wondered whether you could survive entirely on capers… seeing as there are larger and smaller varieties I would imagine there was something for everyone. For some of us clearly, size does matter, its a flavour thing too, the larger I find are actually more subtle, more paletable. For my husband (who is forever over my shoulder correcting my grammar, argh!) there isn’t even a difference. Well, what does he know… ok, quite alot but you don’t know that, so I can pretend I am in this case, superior and victorious and more knowing on the size and flavour issue! ‘nuf said. Long live the Caper!
